what is evangelion?

evangelion is complicated for sure but it essentially boils down to a group of selected pilots fighting within these "machines" called evas or evangelions. the children has their own reason for piloting an eva as well as the people working at nerv (the organization)

i want this section to be as spoiler free for newcomers as i want them to experience the rollercoaster of emotions that i felt when wacthing the series all the way up until the film. also there are two dubs for the orginal series and two for rebuild. what is rebuild you ask? rebuild is honestly it's own seperate section because even though you can watch it on it's own it needs context of the og. think of it as an au.
